I was browsing through someone's friendster account. And lord, I feel evil for this. But I cant help feeling amused and started to giggle by myself.
Is it a virus spreading? Coz Im reading testi's by others saying that they love each other terribly much. And they are from girls. Nothing wrong of coz since I do that too. But do u have to say that all the time in almost all testimonials? *chuckles* I bet half the time, it's a lie. I know. Yes, you can love, even I love my closest frenz to bits. But it can get a bit weird when the whole testi is a bloody dedication of declaration of her ultimate fondness for another her. Or maybe its just me? It just sounds a bit phoney. Thats all. You gotta layoff a bit y'noe?
If the friendship, sistahood is concreate and stabil, u wont have to declare your heart and soul to that person all the time (note the emphasis). Its like this, if a person is truely really modest, he wont be declaring,"Oh, Im a modest person." Because, if you do that all the time (note my emphasis again), then, obviously, you are not modest. At all, for that matter.
Sure, a reminder once in awhile, to let the other person who u truely cared know is wonderful. Even I need that too.
But to keep on saying it like a mantra?
It's like trying to convince yourself that you really do love that person. Please, you've got issues or just toooooo plain in trying to ingratiate oneself. In other words, trying to angkat bodek or doing the short cut into making it to another's closest sistas list.
