i watched 'goodbye lenin!' and 'an inconvenient truth' yesterday. and today, hopefully, i will watch hotel rwanda. if i have the time that is. i cant believe that it is sunday already. i havent even had the time to breathe.

but thats not my point. jamie told me a story last friday about how in some countries, people just crack open the skull of a monkey and eat its brain. they do not even wait for the monkey to die. imagine a monkey trapped in a cage with a hole at the top, just nice to fit the skull of a monkey.and a human being eating the brain off-just like that. and she said, the monkey whose brain was slowly being eaten up, had tears in its eyes. humans are the most cruel.

i want to try and avoid eating anything that is once alive from now on. and she told me this story while i was eating chicken rice.i felt the urge to puke. but then i realised i wasnt eating chicken brain so i continued my meal anyway. haha. from now on, i shall try my best to stay away from meat. i wont go vegetarian though. i think thats a tad bit too extremist.

someone met my dad at the bus stop last night. hurhur. and got the cold shoulder.
oh well.
